Gifts We Need Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Product Protection
Gifts We Need offers a 30-day product protection policy for eligible orders.
The 30-day period begins on the date your tracking number shows the order was delivered.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement review.

Eligibility Conditions
Applies only to eligible purchases from Gifts We Need.
Items must be returned in the same condition received.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging when applicable.
Opened, used, damaged, altered, or heavily worn items may not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase is required.
All returns must receive written authorization from our customer service team before being shipped back.
Important Return Address Notice
Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center, manufacturer, warehouse, or the address shown on the package.
Some products are shipped from fulfillment partners, suppliers, or manufacturer locations, and those addresses are not authorized return addresses.
To avoid delays, lost packages, or refund denial, you must contact us first at info@giftsweneed.com so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Returns sent without approval, sent to the wrong address, or sent back to the address on the package may not qualify for a refund.
Additional Terms
Shipping, handling, priority processing, payment processing fees, and insurance are non-refundable.
All approved refunds are subject to a 30% restocking and processing fee.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Performance-Based Refund Review
Gifts We Need does not issue refunds for:
Delivery delays after the order has shipped
Change of mind
Accidental or mistaken purchases
Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to product condition
Failure to follow product instructions or recommended usage
Expected results not being achieved when the product has not been used as directed
Customers who complete the recommended use period and follow all product instructions but do not experience the intended result may request a Performance-Based Refund Review.
Requirements for Performance-Based Review
To request a performance-based review, customers may be asked to provide:
Confirmation of consistent use according to product instructions
Completion of the recommended usage period
Photos or supporting documentation, if requested
Request submitted within 30 days of delivery
Refund approval is determined on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Gifts We Need.
Wrong Shipping Address
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct before submitting the order.
Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship the order to you.
You will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of reshipping.
If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a refund only after the package is received back and inspected.
The refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, or other shipping-related fees. A 30% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.
In some cases, returned packages may be refused by the manufacturer, destroyed by the postal carrier, or lost in transit. If we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a full refund. In these cases, we may offer a 50% store credit toward a new item.
If you provided the correct address and the carrier returns the package due to an issue outside your control, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.
If you would like the order reshipped to a different address, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are not eligible for the 30-day product protection policy unless otherwise approved by customer service.
Refunds for subscription orders may only be considered if:
The product is unopened and unused
The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
The product is returned in original sealed packaging
The return is approved by customer service first
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling their subscription before the next billing date.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of checkout when possible.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and may not be modified or canceled.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Once tracking has been issued, the order is already in transit. Please wait for delivery and contact us at info@giftsweneed.com if you need help with a return request.
Chargebacks Before Delivery
If a chargeback is filed while a package is still in transit, we will submit tracking information, shipping confirmation, order details, and customer communication records to the payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Email info@giftsweneed.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Clearance items may not include original packaging and may have minor cosmetic imperfections.
International Orders
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped.
International shipping charges are non-refundable.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be unopened, unused, and qualify for return review.
Approved returns must be received in original sealed condition before any refund is issued.
Gifts We Need reserves the right to deny international return requests that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank or payment provider.
